Policy Notification

Thank you for choosing us as your massage and bodywork provider. In order to provide the best service possible to our clients, we have implemented the following policies: 

Payment and Fees

· Payment is due at time of booking through our online secure payment system.

· Service fees listed at time of booking is the amount you will be charged.

· Occasionally prices may change. The final cost will be listed before you enter your credit card information.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

· We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. 

· Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be billed 50% of the price of the scheduled service.

· Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be billed for the full price of the scheduled service. 

Late Arrival Policy

· All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time in order for us to stay on schedule.

· Clients who arrive after 15 minutes to their scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session and will not receive a time extension. 

· For your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time to complete the Client Intake Forms. 

· For all other appointments, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time to undress and get on the table to enjoy a relaxed and unhurried experience. 

Medical Waiver & Disclaimer

· Always consult your Physician or healthcare professional for medical attention and advice. 

· So Fiya LLC cannot diagnose any medical conditions or provide referral for medical treatment or tests.

· We provide therapeutic massage therapy services. Client agrees to provide any known medical conditions that might be affected by massage services. 

· We are unable to provide pregnancy massage or post-surgical rehabilitation massage. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any medical conditions to So Fiya before the start of your massage. Medical conditions include but are not limited to: Heart conditions, stroke, diabetes, skin conditions and cancers.

Massage Termination 

· Only professional massage and bodywork services for therapeutic purposes are offered at this massage practice. 

· Massage services will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. This includes harassment, threatening speech or behavior, sexual advances or requests, or disrespectful actions or language. 

· A session will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 

· If the massage is terminated for any of these reasons, full payment for the scheduled session is still required.

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold So Fiya LLC, officers, contractors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of use of any person or facility provided by So Fiya LLC.

Liability Cap

The aggregate liability of So Fiya LLC, its affiliates, agents and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, representative and agents to you for all claims arising from or relating to this agreement, or your use of the services including without limitation, your interaction with any therapist(s) or other client(s), any cause of action sounding in contract, tort, or strict liability will not exceed the greater of: (A) the total amount received by So Fiya LLC from you during the six-month period prior to the act, omission or occurrence giving rise to such liability, or (B) $100.

Privacy

Any information received from clients shall be deemed personal and confidential and So Fiya agrees it shall not divulge any information received from client to any person or entity without such clients prior written.

Booking a massage with So Fiya LLC you agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
